About SEA

This association was established in 2009 as a way to bring employers closer to the institution and also provide the employment community with a platform to engage Spectrium at the professional and corporate levels as well as benefit from the many services that the institution offer. The objective is to provide employers with full employment lifecycle solutions (i.e. talent search, recruitment, placement, training, career development, employee motivation, retention, performance evaluation, labour law, workplace discipline and dismissal, organizational development, change management, retrenchments and employee retirement strategy). We offer a step by step guide and advise to employers. We also use this forum to update employers on the academic performance of their employees as well as attendance in study programmes.
