What personal data will Spectrium collect and use?

Learner/Delegate registration records
: 
Spectrium will hold personal data relating to delegates, members, affiliates and students in order to administer membership or student membership with Alumni and comply with its regulatory obligations. Details may include name, contact details, ID numbers, nationality, date of birth, dates of affiliation, organization, membership or fellowship, and details of payments, queries and complaints.

Communications/Marketing: Spectrium may use your contact details to send you registration or information packs, recruitment materials, surveys, questionnaires, invitations regarding up-coming courses and events or to notify you of any updates and changes Spectrium’s products and services.



Advertising: Spectrium may also carry out mailings on behalf of third parties (without disclosing your details to such third parties), subject to obtaining your consent. Consent may be requested on Spectrium contract of enrolment. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive (or wish to change the way in which you receive) any of the above materials.
Consent
By completing our registration forms you agree that Spectrium retains and uses your personal details including photos for future communication and marketing purposes. You also agree that Spectrium may distribute this data to its group of Companies or third parties for communication purposes especially on products and services that are of importance to the client. The client also acknowledges that they can request Spectrium in writing to take off their names from the client information database and its usage thereof.
